A Haemorrhage is another term for a bleed. A bleed is usually caused by a trauma to the body and can occur internally or externally. More rarely a bleed or haemorrhage is a sign of a underlying condition and if a bleed internally is suspected this should always be checked out.
Other Possible Causes
Some professionals have attributed particular haemorrhage's especially those seen in certain cases of SBS (Shaken Baby Syndrome) as caused by adverse reactions to vaccines, these are Brain Haemorrhage's and Retinal Haemorrhage's.
